If you are decorating on a budget, don't forget that a single bold accent color can go a very long way. Since you don't have the money to make everything in the room perfect, focus your efforts on a bright color that will draw attention.
Love that quilt! Also... question. How do I make my colors flow together without completely starting over in certain rooms? Such as my fuchsia curtains (with coordinating pillows, rug, etc.) in the "living room" and all of my orange and "blue" in the kitchen. (For some reason in our other house these seemed to work together better.)
Hi Lorna :) I would take one color and pull it through all your rooms. For example, you could use your orange and blue scheme in your kitchen and then take the same blue into the living room with your pink accessories. And then maybe do something crazy and have all three in the bedroom. So, basically, I would just add to what you already have.

Thanks! I'll work on that :-)
